Can the Session be done via Online?

Yes — absolutely.
Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet and research shows that online hypnotherapy is equally effective, often even more so, because you’re in the comfort and safety of your own space.

 

No travel, no rushing, no added stress — simply settle in, relax, and focus fully on your session.

What to Expect in a Therapy Session?

For first-time clients, we begin with a 60–90 minute consultation before your initial therapy session. This allows us to explore your challenges, understand your goals, and determine how subconscious therapy can best support you. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and feel fully informed before we begin.

During a therapy session, you can expect a calm and supportive experience. You’ll be gently guided into a relaxed state while remaining fully aware and in control, and together we work toward the clarity, calm, and positive change you want.

Can Subconscious Therapy Work for Any Issue?

Subconscious therapy is designed to support your well-being, emotional balance, and personal growth. However, it is not a cure for medical or psychiatric conditions, nor a replacement for professional medical treatment.

If your concerns require additional medical attention or specialised care, we’ll discuss this openly during the consultation so you can receive the right level of support.
