Overview of the programme
Rewire & Reset is a transformative 6-week in-person series designed to help participants better understand stress, calm the nervous system, and retrain the mind–body response to everyday pressure.

The gentle integration of restorative movement with guided hypnosis helps the body settle and the mind become receptive — making stress regulation more accessible.

This programme offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and develop healthier responses to stress — without force, pressure, or overwhelm.

What to expect in each session.
Each 90-minute session follows a consistent and supportive structure:

Begin with restorative yoga using props to gently release tension and ground the body;

Followed by a guided discussion exploring stress, emotions, and mind–body awareness.

You will then experience a group hypnosis to support deep relaxation, subconscious rewiring, and emotional regulation;

And finally - discharge and integration to help ease the transition back into daily life.

Sessions are designed to feel safe, unhurried, and accessible.
